"All Creation Sings" is an artistic work through which I share my personal and spiritual journey of finding faith and hope in both the struggles of life and the harmonious symphony of creation. This multi-media project, comprised of a musical album and visual art, conveys the profound joy and interconnectedness that arise from recognizing the continual changes in the world and embracing them as a reflection of God's glory and intentionality. “All Creation Sings” poses the question to those who experience it: Amidst your internal trials and struggles, inspired by the endurance of the world that surrounds you and the faith within you, will you continue to sing?

This project seeks to commemorate my journey through transformation and the various aspects of my life that have blossomed, taken new forms, or ceased to exist altogether. As I navigate the complexities of my trials, there are moments when singing a song of faith becomes challenging. Yet, amidst my struggle, I am learning to find solace by observing the natural world around me and embracing the humbling reality that transformation is an inherent part of existence. The growth of a flower, the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly, the ebb and flow of the wind, and the life cycle of an animal are emblematic of the natural world and its perpetual changes, and yet, it continues to sing.

“All Creation Sings” employs field recording technology and bio-sonification devices to capture the ever-changing sounds and voices of the natural world. This involves venturing into natural settings to capture field recordings that vary in frequency range, tonality, timbre, and movement, and utilizing bio-sonification devices to detect conductivity variations in plants, extracting unique sounds. These nature recordings form the basis for my album.

The auditory experience that "All Creation Sings" shares is complemented with visual art, paintings I have created using hand-mixed natural earth pigments, and a photography collection capturing the locations I explored and recorded audio from. These are a visual representation of the creative vision behind the project, enhancing the overall immersive and multi-sensory nature of the experience.

Through this album and art installation, I weave a tale of lessons learned—a memoir of faith, finding solace in nature’s resilience, where its song of praise amidst trials inspires my own.
